Nestled along the eastern slopes of the Red Hills, 4 Flats Vineyard grew from a simple conviction: that extraordinary wine and bread begin with patience, place, and people who care.
Each of our four vineyard parcels sits on a different flat — each with its own soil composition, sun exposure, and microclimate. That diversity gives us something most single-vineyard estates can only envy: the ability to craft a portfolio as varied as it is cohesive.
Our bakery, born from the same soil and the same hands, bakes what the vineyard grows and the vineyard inspires. Every loaf, every pastry carries the quiet confidence of something made slowly, the way it should be.
